Sealkote Black T5 is an exceptional clay-type emulsion formulated with carefully selected grades of bitumen, water, and inert fillers. Application:
- Recommended for waterproofing roofs, bathrooms, verandahs, chajjas, etc., even in wet conditions.
Advantages:
- Provides an impermeable barrier against water.
- Demonstrates remarkable resistance to temperature fluctuations, industrial fumes, and saline atmospheres.
Application Methodology:
- Wire brush and thoroughly clean the surface to remove all dirt and loose particles. Repair visible cracks and fill depressions with a 1:4 cement or sand mixture.
- Dilute Sealkote Black T5 with water in a 1:1 ratio, transforming it from a pasty to a lighter consistency. Apply this diluted material on the roof surface as a primer.
- Once the primed surface is dry and has changed from brown to black, apply Sealkote Black T5. Allow the emulsion to set; it will transform from brownish to black.
Health & Safety:
- Ensure the container lid is tightly secured when not in use.
- Wear goggles and hand gloves during application.
- Clean hands with water after application.

Storage: Keep in a cool and dry place, in an airtight container, under a shed, away from heat.
